Why we are using & learning this tool, and making a list of Benefits from that tool also make keynotes.
For using these analytics we should have the Proper Email id or G-mail.

& the property name should be our website name.
Google Analytics includes features that can help users identify trends and patterns in how visitors engage with their websites. Features enable data collection, analysis, monitoring, visualization, reporting, and integration with other applications.
In Google Analytics apart from the website, we can also track the records of
The mobile app also for that we have to simply change the setting website to
Mobile App.
After creating the Account in Google Analytics we will get some tracking id,
This id is connected with the Account.
Here we can set up several Properties and for every property, we will
Get Dashboards like Dashboard number 1 Dashboard 2 Dashboard 3.
Here we are getting a single id with many dashboards.
For the Analysis of the website, we have set the Id of Google analytics in our

Different types of reports on Google Analytics:
Customization
Audience
Behavior
Acquisition
Conversion
Real-time
Google Analytics' real-time options give an overview of how many users are active on our website and also we can get the data from which devices our website is getting traffic. Also, it allows us to see the behavior of users who are currently on your website.
Also, we can get the data from where they are coming like direct search
Or Backlinks like that. Next, we can see the location of users.
{ Location bases audience we can get by in the Real-time option}
Ideally, Google analytics gives the overall data of what's happening on
Our website.
Audience overview Report:
Audience reporting allows us to get a sense of who is coming to
Our website Means we can still paint a nice picture of who is coming to our website.
Means what country, city, or state they come from and what language, what device do they get our website from, how old were they male or female or other, what interest did they have what browser did they use we can paint a nice picture based on this information. These all information we can get from Audience information.
Soo, we can get basic information about users through Analytics.
Users can be Broken down into 02 categories :
They are returning
They are new
When we add the Tracking script to our website what's going to happen is if a user or when the user goes to the website they are to get cookies if it's the first time
They have been to your website what Google analytics is going to do is store a cookie in the browser so when that same user comes back another day in the same browser analytics is going to recognize that that cookie is in the browser so then Analytics is going to categorize that user as a returning user
Thus Analytics can differentiate new versus returning so if the user does not have the cookie in the browser
then analytics is going to recognize that store the cookie and count that user as a new user.
Bounce Rate:
Bounce rate means that if a user in this case from mobile landed on a page they left the site without doing any further action.
If we need a report of the performance then we can go and click
Save at the top.
It is to be located under save reports, and save reports are located under customization and are located above real-time.
Benchmarking :
Here we can compare ourselves to others in the same industry. If we clicked Benchmarking then there is the option of comparing our website to the same industry.
Audience Acquisition:
If the audience is who is coming to your website acquisition allows us to see how the traffic was driven to your website and how these users get to our website under acquisition if we click on overview we will able to
See an overview of how users whether they are returning or new came to our website and so what analytics does by default is they have several default channels and when we say channels we mean analytics is grouping differently based on how users got your website.
Conversion rate:
Conversion rate is the most important section in Google analytics because
Conversion reporting allows us to do, how people are converting or if they are not converting on our website. In Google analytics, we have the opportunity to set up goals. We can set 20 goals in Google analytics.
Steps to set up Goals:
Click on Admin
Goals
If you don't have a Goal on the website first step is to create a goal
Goal settings:
In this option, we can set goals for our website if I want to know who stays more than 1 minute on my website then I simply come to
Admin option under the Admin option I will get a set Goals option so
Here we can set 20 Goals for the website.
With the Goals option, we can Measure the visitors then we can convert in
conversion.
In the Goals option, there are 04 different types of Goals
Page per session,
If I need the data of visitors who are only visiting more than 03 or 05 pages or whatever like that then I can create a goal like who are visiting 03 or more pages in the Page per session. Here I can get
The data that then I can easily target that Audience.
Destination:
Destination Means somebody actually wants to a specific page then is going to count as a Goal. This means here I can get the traffic data of people who are visiting that specific Page.
Here we have to set a specific URL of that page then Google Analytics
The track that data for a specific Goal.
In this option, we can utilize this option when we run the ads for the
The specific landing page of sales, Awareness, or whatever on that time we Can get benefit from this option.
Duration:
Duration is based on time Means in this particular session we can track the data of how many people stay on our website with particular
Time frame means I want to track the data for sales landing page visitors time frame then just I can go with the Duration option in that we can set a Specific page URL and time frame.
Event-based Goal:
This option helps in tracking the events means, if we set a contact filling form on our website then it is like an event so then we need data of numbers like how many people are interested and fill that form so with the Event-based Goal we can track the status of that data.
With setting up all goals we get the overview of these goals in the section of
Goals under the Conversion then overview.
We can get the data like Goal 01, Goal 02 like that also we can get the Graphical data of that Goal.
Segment:
In this option, we can get the data of who exactly is converting.
For segment option:
Just go to the overview option then click the segment, we will get
Different segments.
Multi-channel Funnels:
Basically what this allows me to do is see how different channels work together to convert.
Here we can get the data of all the channels like direct search, Referral links,
Or Ads search like all.
For Example, if I clicked the Top conversion path then I will get the data of
Conversion data of, like who comes with direct search, then who is coming up with referral and the data of referral into direct like this we can get some more important overview on Google Analytics.
Setting up Goals in Google Analytics:
In the option of Goal setting choose there are 02 types of selecting Goals, One is using their template and another one is the Custom option, Better to choose always Create a custom option because here we can create our Goal setting according to our Goals
About Funnel:
Turning the funnel we can track the data of how people went through my
Funnel so if I have a cart then I can check how many people go in and out of the cart then I have the option of adding specific pages as a part of the cart.
4. Event-based Goal:
An event is something that we can measure on your website that Analytics can measure by default. So if you want to measure PDF downloads or clicks on the buttons or clicks on the play button on the video or click on submit button, clicking on the external link means we can measure pretty much anything with an event.
Event Means we can measure a particular event that happens on the website.
Here we can set the Goals like Donate now, Downloads, and many more also we have the option of setting the value for that Event Goal.
Event tracking is a two-part process.
The first part is Identifying what we want to track
What is Event Tracking in Google Analytics:
Google Analytics event tracking is an advanced feature that allows you to track a specific user's interaction/activity (link clicks, downloads, form submission, and video plays) with a web page element.
Why is event tracking important?
Event tracking is important because the data it provides helps you optimise your website for conversion. This, in turn, means more of whatever action you're trying to generate. More calls, more leads, more orders, more of what you want.
Here we have the buttons on the website like PDF download, EMail sign in, Watch the video, or Donate this means here we can track the data of clicks to that Button.
It is the tracking the Engagement on our site
Steps to Track the Event Data:
Home
Behavior
Events
Top Events
Event tracking is a Two-Part process. The first part of that is to Identify what we want to track
Once we identify those Events then We need to assign two parameters for that Event here there are 03 parameters but 01 is optional so we can consider it as 02.
The label is the 03rd parameter but it's optional.
After that, we have to make some categories for the Event tracking because on a website there are many numbers Buttons so creating categories will help to get the particular data about that.
Steps to set the New Event
Step 01 is Identifying the Events
Step 02 is the Making categories in Events.
Step 03 is Going to Google Tag Manager to set up the event.
Come to Google Tag Manager Login and Go with Tags
Login
Google Tags
Select Add New at the top of the Right side
Google Tag configuration
Choose Google Analytics
Choose Event
Here comes the Role of step 02 Means making categories { Here we have to set the name of Button }
Then Action { name as click}
Then Lable is the optional thing
The last option is Non-interaction Hit. It is Automatically set as False
More About False option:
This means if someone came to our site then click as Login Button but they did not complete that action it will be not counted as interact {Priority set always False}
Variable { Google Analytics}
In the Label, option chooses the page path option because it allows you to give some URLs.
Reason for selecting Page path URL
For example, see on a website we have the option of sign-in
In different 03 pages in this case we can track the data of which page sign-in option was clicked by the user so we need the Label and page path option.
The second part of setting up a Tag :
Assigning a Trigger to that Tag
There are 02 ways to check the Events working or Not
The first way is through is Google Analytics
